From Fraction to payout
1. What Fractions are
A Fraction is the unit used to record a Member's contribution to Nuva Impact water treatment capacity. 1 Fraction is $100. Members typically start with 1, 5 or 10 or more Fractions. Holdings are cumulative: every purchase adds to your total and increases the base used for your monthly Reward.
A Fraction does not represent ownership of a water plant itself (that stays with Nuva Resources) but a share in the usufruct (economic benefits) of that plant. Fractions are claims to the free cashflow of the water filtration plants. Fractions are not securities or any type of financial instrument.
2. Monthly water sales Reward
Each month the platform calculates:
gross revenue = litres sold × price per litre
net profit = gross revenue − operating costs
reward pool = net profit × distribution ratio
Member reward = reward pool × Member Fractions
The Reward is derived from net profit according to the applicable structure. Until the month closes, your figure is shown as an estimate. Once sales and costs are verified by operations, the amount is finalised and credited to your wallet.
The 8%–10% target monthly Reward is an operational target, not a guaranteed return. Water sales volumes, pricing and operating costs vary month to month.
3. Direct Sales Bonus — 5%
When a Member you personally introduced makes a qualifying purchase, you receive 5% of the purchase value immediately. It applies to level 1 only.
4. Withdrawal
Minimum Withdrawal: $100
5. Matching Reward
Build your personal sales volume to unlock higher Matching Reward levels.
Your personal sales volume is used only for qualification. It is not an additional cash bonus.

The qualification is cumulative. The applicable percentage is paid on the monthly Reward generated by qualified referrals at the applicable level.
6. 1% Infinity Reward
Reach $250,000 in personal sales and qualify for the 1% Infinity Reward. The Infinity Reward can extend through your network indefinitely.
If someone in your network reaches the same $250,000 qualification:
- Your Infinity Reward stops below that person.
- That qualified person takes over the 1% Infinity Reward for their own network, downwards.
Target reward 8-10% monthly. Variable
This is an illustrative target, not a commitment, forecast or guarantee. It is not an achieved or verified result. Actual rewards depend on water sales, operating costs and the terms of any signed contract, and may be lower or zero. Participation carries inherent risk, including total loss of capital. Any arrangement with a member is governed solely by its own signed contract. Past or illustrative figures are not a guide to future results, and no return is promised or guaranteed.
